We don't manufacture — is this system oversized for us?نحن لا نصنّع — هل النظام أكبر من حاجتنا؟

No. Purchasing, inventory, sales and the ledger are the core, and a trading or distribution business runs on them alone — the production layer stays off and is not part of what you pay for. It is there the day you need it, not before.

لا. المشتريات والمخازن والمبيعات والحسابات هي النواة، وشركة التجارة أو التوزيع تعمل عليها وحدها — وطبقة الإنتاج تبقى مطفأة وليست ضمن ما تدفع مقابله. تكون موجودة يوم تحتاجها، لا قبله.

Do we have to move everything at once?هل يجب نقل كل شيء دفعة واحدة؟

No. We start with one warehouse, branch or production line, with written success criteria. You decide whether to extend based on what the pilot actually produced — not on a promise made before it started.

Both are available. On a subscription the system is hosted for you; if your policy requires a server on your premises, that is supported and we state the cost difference openly. Either way your data is exportable in an open format, and the terms are written into the contract rather than promised verbally.

The screens use the vocabulary of the work — stock, route, scrap, rework — in Arabic or English. The people entering data are the same people filling paper today, entering it once instead of three times. Training starts with one supervisor, then spreads through them rather than through us.

How is this different from the big general ERP platforms?ما الفرق بينه وبين أنظمة ERP العامة الكبرى؟

Those platforms are strong, and designed to fit every industry — which is exactly why fitting one to a specific plant or distribution model needs long, costly configuration. We come from the other end: the sector template is ready on day one, on a core built on 27 years in those same platforms.

If your need is genuinely generic, a general system may serve you better, and we will say so.
